Professional Development
The Network takes professional development seriously. Our annual banquet and conference are designed to maximize what we can learn from each other. Projects like the Detroit 1933 - 2033 Teacher Institute extend our reach into the communities we cherish. And in the works, The Network will be a provider for Advanced Professional Certification.

Sharing Success
The Network knows there are great things going on in classrooms across the state. That's why we started the Sharing Success Project, where we send a Network member to every State Board of Education meeting to share a remarkable story. Think of it as our way of bringing the classroom to the Board of Ed.

Teachers of Promise
Inspiring excellence in education is part of the Network's mission. We extend this mission to teachers in training through our Teachers of Promise Project. Each year, we invite local teacher colleges to elect two of their outstanding pre-service teachers for recognition as Teachers of Promise at our annual banquet.
